Good scheme although central island technically illegal as it is not white and has too high a vertical upstand at the edge.
Some slight pedestrian frustration as there is much pedestrian activity. A Zebra crossing nearby helps the more timid while most pedestrians crossed via the splitter islands with many drivers prepared to yield to them.
